• Interlibrary Loan Request Forms
  Login to place a book or article request that is not owned at the UAH library (UAH users only)
  Click on "Request" button after logging in.

• Library Book Hold Request Form
  Place a hold on an item from the Salmon library catalog that is currently checked out (UAH users only)
